Diet– The Mediterranean Diet is probably the best diet for the eyes. Studies have shown this diet compared to a typical American diet provides huge benefits for eyes and general health. Remember though! Everybody is different! What is great for one person is not necessarily so for the next. You have to find what is right for you.
